Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for agreement execution, managing statutory compliances and filings using various compliance portals, maintaining compliance trackers and documentation for corporate actions, as well as liaising with cross-functional teams to organize legal and statutory records.
