Compliance Analyst

You will play a crucial role as a Compliance Analyst focusing on Compliances & Tools / IT Compliance at Zoho, a renowned software company with a diverse suite of applications catering to various business needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the compliance program for the Zoho Infrastructure team, ensuring adherence to security, privacy, and quality standards to meet compliance requirements effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating sound knowledge in ISMS and QMS Compliance Standards. - Understanding and implementing PCI DSS requirements effectively. - Possessing excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Conducting reviews of processes with a focus on Security, Privacy, and Quality aspects. - Representing the Infrastructure team during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the audit framework. - Managing access control and tool management for critical and non-critical tools utilized by the Infrastructure team. - Identifying areas of non-compliance risks and collaborating with relevant teams to address gaps. - Staying updated with relevant compliance frameworks and regulations to ensure timely integration. - Being detail-oriented and proactive in overseeing the ticketing system management, ensuring timely ticket resolution, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional support to internal teams.
