Compliance Analyst

Position Summary

This role supports key functions across privacy incident intake, compliance documentation, data integration, and research access administration. This role ensures operational consistency, supports automation readiness, and contributes to data-informed decision-making across compliance and privacy domains.

Key Responsibilities

Privacy Incident Intake

Help standardize and manage the privacy incident intake process.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure coverage and consistency.

Utilize tools such as Compass, Outlook, Teams, and Epic to manage workflows and documentation.

Compliance Library Development

Assist in the creation of a comprehensive compliance guidance library.

Organize and maintain documentation to support future automation initiatives.

Use SharePoint and Teams to build and manage the library structure.

Compliance Data Integration

Identify and collect compliance-related data from various systems, internal sources, and committee outputs.

Compile and synthesize data into structured reports and dashboards.

Establish a regular reporting cadence to support leadership and operational insights.

Research Access Administration

Intake and organize external researcher access requests and documentation.

Perform data entry, source verification, and file management.

Build and maintain a functional library of access-related information.

Support administrative tasks with potential for expanded responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

Required:

Experience in privacy, compliance, or research administration environments.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Compass, Epic, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.

Preferred:

Experience with data reporting or integration.

Understanding of compliance frameworks and privacy regulations.

Interest in process improvement.

Work Environment

This role will ideally include two FTEs with the same skillset for cross coverage.
