Compliance Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing all medical records of patients with physical disabilities or musculoskeletal disorders to ensure they comply.
• Analyze medical records and identify documentation deficiencies.
• Providing feedback on documentation and recommendations for corrections or improvements in medical records
• Reviews and verification of documentation support the diagnosis.
• Reviewing and ensuring practitioner notes match those of the referring or ordering physician
• Participate in the review, revision, and development of documentation policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and prepares reports, policy drafts, and other documents relating to Compliance functions.
• Assist in the implementation of the Compliance work plan.
• Ensuring all notes and paperwork satisfy the respective insurance guidelines.

• Good organizational skills are needed to implement timely follow-up.

• Ability to follow an established work schedule.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Related work experience One year or more.
• Company experience as a Compliance Analyst with broad knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and guidelines is desirable.
• Freshers with a B.Sc. in Biology degree

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics, Physical therapy, occupational therapy, Biology, or a relevant degree in another healthcare background
