We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to support customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and day-to-day risk reviews for our crypto exchange. You will work across KYC (Know Your Customer) , KYB (Know Your Business) , CDD/EDD (Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence) , KYT (Know Your Transaction) , and AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Financing of Terrorism) processes. Responsibilities Review KYC/KYB files and perform CDD/EDD checks. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., OFAC, GDPR, and others as applicable). Monitor transactions and KYT alerts for suspicious or unusual activity. Investigate crypto and fiat flows using blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM) and OSINT. Document cases and prepare SAR/STR reports when needed. Maintain compliance records and support audits. Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements. Requirements 3+ years in compliance, AML, or financial-crime roles (crypto experience manndatory). Strong experience with KYC, KYB, CDD/EDD, KYT, and transaction monitoring. Skilled with blockchain analysis tools and investigation methods. Strong writing, documentation, and risk-assessment skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Good to have. Certifications such as C3O (Certified Crypto Compliance Officer), C2KO (Certified Crypto KYC Officer), or CDD-CRY by American CBM
