Compliance Analyst

ISO 27001

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain

  ISO 27001:2022

  controls, policies, and documentation.
• Support

  SOC 2 Type I & Type II

  readiness, evidence collection, and audit coordination.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation reviews.
  
• Track compliance gaps and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure.
  
• Support ongoing

  GRC

  ,

  Risk Management

  , and

  TPRM

  initiatives.
• Maintain audit trails, records, and compliance dashboards.
  
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure adherence to data protection and information security policies.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum

  1.5 years

  of experience in

  Information Security or Compliance

  roles.
• Hands-on experience with

  ISO 27001

  and

  SOC 2

  frameworks.
• Understanding of

  GRC

  ,

  Risk Management

  , and

  TPRM

  processes.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to

  NIST

  ,

  HIPAA

  , or

  GDPR

  compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with

  audit or certification bodies

  .
• Familiarity with compliance tools or dashboards.
