Job Description

Opening with a leading Financial Services company for their office in Mumbai

Role: Compliance AIF

Experience: 5 Years +

Role & responsibilities

To look into the Regulatory and other statutory compliances of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), VCF/ PE and InvITs;
Active involvement in forming an AIF
Preparing the Fund set-up documents and other Fund related documents/ Agreements
Responsible for compliance with various regulations - SEBI/RBI/PMLA and their respective filings
Responsible for quarterly and annual financial reporting with respect to Funds and Investment Managers entity
Responsible for maintaining investors database and KYCs
Co-ordinating with offshore administrators
Possess strong knowledge of SEBI regulations in relation to AIF/VCF/ InvITs
Liaise with legal consultants for various legal and regulatory matters for various AIF/ VCF/ InvITs managed

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of audit and inspections
Working experience in Alternative Investments/ Private Equity industry
Well versed with SEBI regulations in relation to AIF, VCF, PMLA, KYC etc
Understanding of relevant laws and statutes
