Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Competitive Exam Faculties to design, deliver, and manage high-quality academic content for JEE, JEE Main, NEET, and CET programs. The role involves a balanced mix of content creation, video recording, live teaching, academic research, and quality assurance, aligned with institutional academic standards.

The faculty will play a critical role in building scalable, exam-focused learning programs while ensuring conceptual clarity, syllabus alignment, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Content Creation

• Develop and deliver high-quality recorded video lectures for JEE, JEE Main, NEET, and CET programs.
• Ensure content is aligned with the latest syllabus, exam pattern, and difficulty standards.
• Continuously research and incorporate government or regulatory syllabus updates applicable to each academic year.
• Support the development of Grade 11 and Grade 12 academic content as required.

Live Teaching & Student Engagement

• Conduct live classes, revision sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and exam-oriented workshops as per academic schedules.
• Participate actively during exam seasons, mock test reviews, and crash-course programs.
• Maintain high levels of clarity, engagement, and professionalism during live interactions.

Assessment & Academic Support

• Create question banks, mock tests, practice problems, and detailed solution walkthroughs.
• Review and validate academic content developed by junior faculty or content developers to ensure accuracy and exam relevance.
• Contribute to identifying and developing content for other competitive examinations within subject expertise.

Quality & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Academics, AI Media, LMS, and Quality teams to ensure LMS-ready, high-quality outputs.
• Review edited videos and provide feedback to ensure conceptual accuracy and teaching intent are preserved.
• Participate in academic planning meetings and contribute to curriculum and course roadmap discussions.

Workload Expectations

• Full-time engagement as per contract.
• Maximum recording load: Up to 4 hours per day.
• Remaining working hours to be utilized for:
• Content preparation and lesson planning
• Academic research and syllabus updates
• Review and refinement of recorded content
• Preparation and delivery of live sessions
• Live sessions may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends with prior notice.

Monthly Deliverables

• Recorded Content: 20–30 hours of finalized, LMS-ready video lectures
• Live Sessions: 8–12 sessions per month
• Assessments: 150–250 exam-level questions with solutions
• Content Updates: Timely revisions based on syllabus or exam changes

(Deliverables may vary based on subject complexity and academic planning.)

Performance Measurement & Renewal

• Performance will be reviewed monthly and quarterly against defined KPIs covering:
• Content delivery and productivity
• Academic quality and accuracy
• Student engagement and feedback
• Timeliness, discipline, and collaboration
• 12-month contract renewal will be based on cumulative KPI performance, with a mid-term review at 6 months.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong subject expertise in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology.
• Proven experience teaching JEE, JEE Main, NEET, CET, or equivalent competitive exams.
• Excellent conceptual clarity and exam-oriented teaching approach.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
• Comfortable with video recording, live teaching, and digital platforms.
• Strong research orientation and adaptability to syllabus changes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in ed-tech platforms, coaching institutes, or online learning environments.
• Experience in curriculum design, content creation, or academic leadership roles.
• Familiarity with LMS-based content delivery and digital teaching tools.
