Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, your role will involve conducting studies, benchmarks, and surveys to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefit programs. You will need to ensure that these programs align with employees' needs and adhere to legal requirements in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the company's salary structures, including base components, merit increases, and bonuses. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct studies, benchmarks, and surveys to evaluate the feasibility and competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefit programs. - Design and maintain the company's salary structures, including base components, merit increases, and bonuses. - Ensure that compensation and benefits policies are integrated into other HR policies such as performance management, talent management, and recruitment. - Support the implementation of HR strategies to maximize effectiveness, ensuring that compensation policies are well-understood and adopted. - Plan, conduct, and analyze third-party compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness and provide recommendations. - Make annual bonus and salary review recommendations. - Maintain comprehensive salary data to support compensation decisions in coordination with other HR functions. - Design and maintain retention programs, including home ownership programs, medical coverage, and saving plans. - Collaborate with external consultants and third parties on compensation and benefits projects. - Coach other HR personnel on compensation and benefits policies. - Perform any other related duties as assigned by the HR Policies & Planning Superintendent. Qualifications Required: - 7 to 12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits. - Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's legal requirements for compensation and benefits.
