1. Responsible for validation of Employees previous employment Documents
2. Responsible for making Offer as per the Company policy and previous Experience of the candidate.
3. Responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases of all joiners, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews.
4. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
5. Strong understanding of all salary components as per statutory requirements
6. Strong knowledge of various applicable Labour laws
7. To keep updated with the changes in Labour Laws and bring to knowledge of Management if any.
