Compensation Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Core Compensation Support

• Complete annual salary survey submissions, conduct market pricing using salary surveys and benchmark data to support salary structures, job leveling, and compensation decisions across the organization.
• Analyze and recommend adjustments to grade structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Maintain and update internal pay bands, compensation guidelines, and job architecture frameworks
• Evaluate job duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Support the annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations
• Oversee the processing of ongoing compensation changes, job evaluations, new hire packages, and recognition as managed through Workday
• Prepare standard and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards to support business leaders and HR partners
• Monitor market trends and compensation best practices to inform program enhancements

Support audits and internal reviews with accurate and timely data

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 years of compensation experience
• Experience administering compensation programs in multi-state and global environments.
• Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or WTW) and experience conducting job evaluations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
