Compensation Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Alkegen, a leading specialty materials company focused on battery technologies, filtration media, and specialty insulation and sealing materials. As part of a global workforce of over 9,000 talented individuals, you will play a key role in delivering innovative products that have a positive impact on the environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training and instruction to Human Resources and leadership on the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. - Collaborate with business in analyzing and reviewing job classification and reclassification requests, ensuring quality control of the job classification process. - Partner with Manager, Global Compensation to implement the Annual Merit Review Process and Annual Incentive plan. - Participate in salary surveys, analyze data to determine competitiveness internally and externally, and research competitive compensation practices in the job market. - Assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of the annual salary review program, and provide support in organizational structure development and job design. Qualifications: - 3+ years of global compensation experience. - Proficient in applying established compensation standards as an individual contributor. - Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, generate reports, and implement customized compensation surveys. - Knowledge of career development and career laddering concepts, principles, and processes.,
