Position will handle regular CS TASKS like STATUTORY COMPLIANCE, COMPANIES ACT, BOARD of MEETING COORDINATION, AGM, MCA COMPLIANCE, RoC Works, Statutory Registers etc
Handle PLANT F&A like GST Filings, SEZ Filings, MIS, STATUTORY AUDIT, TAX AUDIT..

Required Candidate profile

Fully qualified CS3-5yrsS exp as Company Secretary / into F&A handling basic CS tasks and regualr PLANT F&A tasksExposure with MNCs & SAP preferredMust relocate to RANIPETPragyan @ 98846 60609
