Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Knowledge of NBFC and Manufacturing Companies

    Well-versed in the regulatory, compliance, and operational frameworks governing Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and manufacturing entities.
  • Corporate Secretarial Documentation and Compliance

    Drafting and preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes of Board and General Meetings, Notices, Directors Reports, and all annual filing documents and forms, including event-based compliances under the Companies Act and related regulations.
  • RBI and NBFC Compliance Management

    Preparation and timely filing of RBI returns and ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances applicable to NBFCs.
  • Secretarial and Corporate Actions

    Handling all secretarial matters including issue and transfer of shares, increase in authorized share capital, sub-division of shares, and creation, modification, and satisfaction of charges and any event based matter.
  • Additional Assignments

    Execution of any other compliance, legal, or administrative work as may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Company secretary having NBFC experience.
