Accounts & Finance:

Manage
Accounts Payable
and
Accounts Receivable
functions.
Handle
TDS returns
,
GST returns
, and
daily BRS preparation
.
Post accounting entries and finalize
financial statements
.
Maintain
Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
and calculate depreciation.
Perform
GL reconciliations
and
budget forecasting
.
Handle
Imprest cash system
.
Liaise with
banks
and
auditors
.
Hands-on experience with
Oracle NetSuite
and
Tally
.

Secretarial & Compliance:

Ensure full
Company Law compliance
.
Conduct and coordinate
Board Meetings
, prepare
Minutes
,
Board Reports
, and
Annual Return documents
.
Handle
statutory filings
on
MCA
and maintain
statutory registers and records
.
Prepare and vet
business agreements
.
Manage
registered office shifting
procedures.
Handle
secretarial compliances
for private companies.
Liaise for
registrations under various Acts
(Service Tax, Excise, VAT, IEC, etc.).
Assist in
Tax Audits
and filing of
Income Tax and VAT returns
.
Manage
payroll-related activities
.
Perform
any other tasks
assigned from time to time.
