Company Secretary

We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) who also holds an LLB degree, preferably enrolled with a State Bar Council, to join our growing team in Jaipur. The candidate should have a good understanding of company law, legal drafting, and regulatory compliances, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling incorporation, secretarial compliance, and filings under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Drafting, vetting, and reviewing agreements, legal notices, and submissions.

3. Assisting in legal research, preparation of case briefs, and representation support before statutory authorities.

4. Liaising with clients, ROC, NCLT, and other regulatory bodies.

5. Advising on corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.

Bar Council enrollment preferred.

Candidate must be based in Jaipur (or willing to relocate to Jaipur).

1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (freshers with strong internship exposure may also apply).

Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, online compliance portals such as MCA, research tool such as Manupatra, Taxmann etc
