Job Description

Requirement:

Qualified Company Secretary with 15-20 years of overall experience in secretarial and legal matters.
Should be very strong in company law matters, SEBI and Stock Exchange rules & regulations, Pre and post listing experience
Should have handled IPO in the last couple of years.
The experience in Diagnostic industry would be an added advantage.

Role:

Supervise regular day to day Secretarial activities of the Group companies.
Hands on experience in conducting Board Meetings, AGM’s.
Complying with the provisions of Companies Act
Independently handle the corporate affairs of the company.
Dealing with and attending to the matters relating to Various Ministries, ROC, MCA, Stock Exchanges, SEBI , Banks, and individual Shareholders grievances etc
Maintaining all the Statutory records
Should have experience of handling IPO of size 1000 CRORES
Should have an excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Hindi
Experience in vetting shareholders agreement, JV contracts, Commercial business related agreement and term sheet etc
Should have extensive experience in handling Pre and post listing requirements of various regulatory agencies .
Should have experience in maintaining excellent investor relations including Public shareholders.
Should possess knowledge and experience in facing Analysts and Investors
Should have reasonable working knowledge in other Mercantile laws and compliance requirements
