? Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and other applicable laws
* Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes
* Handle stock exchange corporate filings and governance requirements
* Drafting and Preparation of Annual Report
* Maintain statutory records and complete MCA filings with no error
* Liaise with regulators, auditors, stock exchanges, and key stakeholders
* Oversee secretarial audits, compliance certifications, and risk frameworks
* Advise the Board on governance best practices and regulatory updates

* In-depth knowledge of corporate laws & listing compliances
* Sharp understanding of regulatory changes and implementation
* Excellent drafting, communication & presentation abilities
