Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Company Secretary for a full-time role at our Jaipur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors. This role requires precision in managing company documentation and coordinating meetings efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills

  • proficiency in legal research to ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Mandatory skill)
  • expertise in compliance management to assure adherence to corporate and statutory regulations (Mandatory skill)
  • strong understanding of corporate governance practices to ensure effective management of the company (Mandatory skill)
  • knowledge of secretarial practice with the capability to manage the company's secretarial operations effectively
  • effective document management skills to maintain, update, and organize company records accurately
  • skill in executing statutory filings ensuring timely submissions to relevant government bodies
  • proficient meeting coordination skills to efficiently plan, organize, and conduct various corporate meetings
  • attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


Roles and Responsibilities

  • structure and facilitate Board of Directors meetings, including preparation of agendas and board papers
  • maintain company records, books, and registers as per legal requirements and ensure their availability for inspection
  • prepare statutory returns and submissions in compliance with legislation and regulations
  • ensure the company's policies are aligned with the statutory and regulatory requirements
  • assist in the preparation and administration of company documentation, resolutions, and legal inquiries
  • draft and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up on actions agreed during meetings
  • liaise with external regulators, advisors, and auditors to fulfill company obligations and resolve compliance issues
  • provide support in maintaining the ethical standards of the company by fostering accountability and transparency
