Job Description

Company Secretary & Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Company law compliance (ROC filings AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, BEN-2, etc.)
Drafting Board reports, minutes, resolutions, and maintaining statutory registers
Handling company incorporations, alterations (MOA/AOA), and annual filings
Liaison with ROC, RBI, MCA, CA firms, and government departments
Drafting/reviewing manufacturing, lease, export & licensing agreements
Visa application documentation and tracking for employees
Legal due diligence for property acquisition, auction participation, and lease deeds
Handling secretarial audits, CSR/RPT compliance, and DIN/KYC updates
Coordination with industrial authorities (HSIDC, RIICO, BIP Rajasthan)
Support in IPR matters and commercial transactions

Eligibility Criteria:

CS (ICSI Member) + LLB with 5 - 6 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, property & commercial laws
Strong communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of UK corporate practices or IP protection is a plus
