Company Secretary - Intern

Role Overview: In this role, you will be supporting the Legal Department by assisting in reviewing, drafting, and organizing various legal documents such as NDAs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and partnership contracts. Your primary focus will be on supporting contract lifecycle management by tracking contract statuses, ensuring timely execution, and compliance. Additionally, conducting legal research on topics like SaaS, IT compliance, data privacy laws, and other regulatory matters relevant to the business will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Customer Support, will be crucial to address legal queries and maintain alignment with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Review, draft, and organize legal documents including NDAs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and partnership contracts. - Track contract statuses and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution and compliance. - Conduct legal research on topics related to SaaS, IT compliance, data privacy laws, and other regulatory matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and ensure alignment with company policies. Qualification Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Semi-Qualified CS. - Basic understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and Companies Act. - Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems is a plus.,
