Job Description

Reporting to the Board of the Company on all applicable compliances, including but not limited to Secretarial Compliances. Knowledge of Listing Regulations. Knowledge relating to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance. Required Candidate profile In-depth knowledge of handling compliance for public companies and due diligence on Secretarial matters. Handling IPO-related documents. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
