Job Summary

qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (ACS)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the
Companies Act, 2013
and other applicable laws
Prepare, draft, and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings (ROC, MCA, etc.)
Organize and manage
Board, Committee, and General Meetings
(notices, agendas, minutes)
Handle filing of
annual returns, financial statements, and statutory forms
Advise management and the Board on corporate governance and compliance matters
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Assist in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts
Ensure compliance with SEBI / Stock Exchange requirements
, if applicable
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
corporate laws and secretarial compliance
Good drafting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Qualifications

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
Articleship experience is mandatory for freshers
