Company Secretary – Hospitality Project (Thrissur, Kerala)About the Project:Fontana Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, a leading hospitality venture with an investment of ₹140 crores in Thrissur, Kerala, is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to join our core management team.Position: Qualified Company SecretaryExperience: Minimum 3 yearsKey Responsibilities:• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with all applicable corporate laws.• Handle ROC filings, board meetings, AGM documentation, and investor-related matters.• Manage internal compliance processes and maintain accurate corporate records.• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal authorities as required.• Prepare and ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports.• Support corporate governance and secretarial audits.• Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations will be an added advantage.Requirements:• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.Location: Mapranam, Thrissur, KeralaCompensation: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per monthHow to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hrd@fontanahotels.in
