Job Description: Company Secretary (CS)
Location: Near Howrah Maidan, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Mandatory Eligibility

• Company Secretary (CS) – Qualified (ICSI membership mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in complete ROC compliance is compulsory

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of ROC compliances including annual filings, event-based filings, and statutory registers.
• Preparation, filing, and management of AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, CHG forms, and other MCA compliances.
• Drafting and maintenance of board resolutions, minutes, notices, agendas, and statutory records.
• Ensuring compliance under Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
• Liaising with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Advising management on corporate governance, legal risk, and compliance best practices.
• Supporting corporate restructuring, share-related matters, and documentation as required.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Company Secretary with strong ROC and MCA portal exposure.
• Prior experience in retail / jewellery / consumer-facing businesses preferred.
• Excellent documentation, drafting, and compliance management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
