The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing financial services organization with a strong focus on governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and RBI NBFC Guidelines. ✅ Prepare and file statutory returns, disclosures, and reports with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and RBI. ✅ Manage Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings — draft agendas, minutes, resolutions, and coordinate filings. ✅ Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal and regulatory norms. ✅ Handle corporate actions, listing compliances, and related party disclosures. ✅ Liaise with statutory auditors, regulators, and external consultants for compliance and reporting matters. ✅ Assist management in implementing robust corporate governance and risk management frameworks. ✅ Ensure adherence to RBI Master Directions and other NBFC-related compliances (returns, filings, fair practice code, etc.).
