We are looking for a recently qualified Company Secretary (CS) who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a fresher to gain deep exposure into the corporate compliance ecosystem and contribute meaningfully from day one. Role Summary As a Fresher CS at India Company Setup, you will be trained and mentored to handle real-world assignments involving company incorporation, MCA compliance, ROC filings, and advisory services. You’ll work closely with startups, small businesses, and NRIs to ensure smooth and legally sound operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in incorporation of companies and entities: Private Limited, LLP, OPC, etc. Help prepare Board Resolutions, Minutes, and maintain statutory registers Support annual filings and ROC compliance documentation Coordinate with clients for required documentation and timelines Stay updated with latest changes in the Companies Act, 2013 Learn to handle FEMA, RBI, and MCA-related regulatory filings Collaborate with tax and accounting teams for full-spectrum service delivery Full support and training will be provided to freshers. Who Can Apply?
