Ensure compliance with the

and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update
Statutory Registers
,
ROC filings
, and
Company Records
.
Draft, review, and scrutinize
Legal Agreements
,
MOUs
, and other contractual documents.
Prepare and maintain
Board Meeting Notices
,
Agendas
, and
Minutes
; handle
Board Resolutions
and Company Policies.
Coordinate with
External Auditors
,
Consultants
, and
Regulatory Bodies
for audits, filings, and inspections.
Assist in the
Secretarial Audit
and ensure timely completion of the audit report.
Keep management informed on updates or amendments in
Company Law
,
FEMA
,
MCA
and related legal frameworks.
Provide support in legal due diligence, company formation, or restructuring activities.

Who are we looking for?

Qualified
Company Secretary
with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in
Private Limited Company compliance
is preferred.
Familiarity with
