Role Overview

Community Operations Associate

Your work will ensure that our HR community members feel supported, informed, and actively engaged.

This role suits someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and shaping meaningful member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Interact with members across WhatsApp, email, and internal channels.
• Share updates, reminders, opportunities, and event-related communication.
• Support onboarding and make new members feel welcomed.

Operational Support

• Maintain trackers, lists, and community operation sheets.
• Assist in planning and executing webinars, sessions, and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate follow-ups, confirmations, and communication flow.

Content & Communication

• Draft updates, announcements, and engagement messages.
• Support content preparation for events, reminders, and postings.
• Gather feedback and contribute to improving member experience.

Member Support

• Address queries quickly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information at the right time.
• Help maintain a positive and respectful community environment.
  

Who You Are

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, community management, or coordination.
• Strong communication skills — written & verbal.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
• Friendly, responsive, and eager to grow.
