Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our user community across platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Respond to comments, queries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Moderate community discussions and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging campaigns for the community.
• Organise online events such as AMAs, webinars, contests, and challenges.
• Work closely with influencers and community champions to amplify engagement.
• Act as the voice of the community internally, collect feedback, identify pain points, and share insights with product, marketing, and support teams.
• Track community sentiment and proactively address concerns or misinformation.
• Identify and nurture power users or superfans to act as brand advocates.
• Design referral and reward programs to increase participation and retention.
• Monitor community health metrics (growth, engagement rate, sentiment) and share regular performance reports.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of social media and community platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Passionate about creating value-driven relationships with users.
• Bonus: Experience with community-building tools like Discord, Telegram bots, CRM tools, etc.
