Community Manager

About the role:

building relationships, organizing events, and generating leads

Responsibilities

• Visit gated communities and connect with RWAs/association members
• Pitch and secure permission to conduct free physiotherapy camps
• Coordinate event setup and support physiotherapists during the camp
• Collect resident data via Physical Forms/QR/Google Form
• Share daily lead reports with the team
• Build strong, long-term community relationships

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Must know

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

• Comfortable interacting with residents, seniors, and RWAs
• Willing to travel across Hyderabad daily
• Prior experience in field marketing/community outreach is mandatory

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + performance incentives + travel allowance
