Job Description

Role Overview: As the front desk manager, your main responsibility is to ensure top-level skills in guest relations and develop necessary policies and procedures for all reception-related functions. You will also be in charge of maintaining a neat and organized front office, handling telephone queries and requests promptly, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming for clients and guests. Additionally, you will be involved in event-related tasks and emergency evacuation procedures as needed.
