Community Manager

Community Engagement & Member Experience 1. Be the first point of contact for members and visitors — greet with warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness. 2. Foster strong relationships with members to create a sense of belonging and support. 3. Organize community-building events, workshops, mixers, and networking sessions. 4. Handle onboarding of new members and support their integration into the community.   Space Operations 1. Ensure the coworking space is always clean, presentable, and well-stocked. 2. Manage day-to-day operations including office supplies, pantry, printers, and meeting room bookings. 3. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth functioning.   Marketing & Social Media 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content showcasing community stories, events, and daily life at Elev8. 2. Actively participate in promoting the space and bringing in new leads through referrals and local partnerships. 3. Capture and share content (photos/videos) from events and daily workspace happenings.   Admin & Reporting 1. Maintain updated records of members, payments, and occupancy. 2. Prepare monthly community feedback reports and suggest improvements. 3. Support the sales team with tours, trial sessions, and onboarding.
