Front Desk Management Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and members with a professional and friendly approach. Manage visitor entries, log books, and ID checks. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; redirect to the concerned team when required. Member & Guest Support Assist members with workspace bookings, meeting room reservations, and general queries. Provide tours of the coworking space to prospective clients. Support onboarding of new members (documentation, orientation, access cards, etc.). Administrative Tasks Maintain records of daily attendance, visitor logs, and member check-ins. Handle courier services (incoming & outgoing) and coordinate with vendors. Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely replenishment. Facility & Operations Support Ensure cleanliness and readiness of reception, lounge, and meeting rooms. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth operations. Report facility issues (internet, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) to management. Payments & Documentation Assist with invoice distribution and payment collections when required. Maintain basic records of petty cash and expenses related to front office. Customer Experience & Events Support community events, workshops, and networking sessions. Gather member feedback and escalate concerns to management. Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all members and guests.
