* Set clear expectations and provide training to the team.
* Conduct regular performance review meetings.
* Ensure effective communication between departments and staff.
* Develop strategies for successful site launches.
* Collaborate with marketing to promote new locations.
* Plan and execute launch events to attract members.
* Assist sales teams in promoting coworking spaces.
