Community Management Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Set up and maintain organized WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or Slack spaces for different cohorts of learners across programs.
• Onboard new members into the community with welcome messages, pinned instructions, and relevant program links.
• Plan and post daily engagement messages in groups—such as mentor quotes, student spotlights, reminders, and quick challenges.
• Monitor all active community spaces (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure discussions stay on-topic, respectful, and supportive.
• Moderate comments, remove spam or irrelevant content, and maintain a professional tone in all community conversations.
• Track community participation, noting inactive members or those needing additional nudges or support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share behind-the-scenes updates, testimonials, or session snippets on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Coordinate small weekly campaigns like “Mentee of the Week,” “Mentor Speak,” “Project Showcase,” or “Tech Tip Tuesdays.”
• Respond promptly to basic questions from mentees posted on social media DMs or community groups and redirect complex queries to the ops team.
• Create and share interactive stories, polls, or posts to drive discussion and learning within the community.
• Collect daily feedback through informal chats, emoji polls, or reactions to improve engagement strategies.
• Maintain a content calendar for community updates, celebration days, session alerts, and important deadlines.
• Support in collecting and organizing user-generated content—project screenshots, student testimonials, reels—for future marketing use.
• Keep track of significant conversations, FAQs, and discussion threads that can be reused for future batches or FAQs.
• Ensure all communication from My Equation (session reminders, deadlines, new announcements) is uniformly shared across all platforms on time.
