- Project Delivery, Implementation of the project in the field area
- Online MIS data entry and submission of indent and GRN from the field. Submission of project reports from field.
- Beneficiary reach as per target.
- Updating on Vehicle documentation of the respective projects(in consultation with Driver).
- Project Delivery. Directly hold the IEC/community awareness activi ties in the field area with coverage of 1000 beneficiaries.
- Financial Reporting. Collecting bills and submitting to HO submission of bills by 26th of every month from the field.
- Support in recruitment of field team in coordination with HO team.
- Supportive induction and orientation. Induct and orient field team with support of HO.
- Stakeholder interaction. Project update with the field team during donor visit. Lesioning & networking with government machinery on the field.
- Support team for SoW movement on the field as per the roaster. Ensure that monthly movement of SOWs on the field as per the roaster.
- Review. Taking reporting managers suggestion and inputs based on the review.
- Daily Operations. Compiling the daily diary from the field and submitting to HO.
- Communication in terms of field update(daily). Sharing of daily field updates with the communication team on daily basis.
- Field meetings. Participation in monthly review meetings with Field team and HO
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience.
- Certifications and continuing education preferred.
