Built for scale, AdagioVR is being used by healthcare teams, educators, and organizations to support the wellbeing of their staff, students, and community members—with measurable, lasting outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver AdagioVR sessions in community settings according to established protocols.
• Engage communities through outreach activities, relationship-building, needs assessment, and active listening.
• Gather data, monitor progress, and contribute to impact assessment and reporting.
• Act as the first point of contact between AdagioVR and community participants, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and feedback from field experiences.

Who You Are

• You preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field.
• You have experience engaging with marginalized or vulnerable communities.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling, including weekends when required.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Culturally competent, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in dynamic community settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and digital platforms for community engagement.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple activities and reporting requirements.

Working Conditions

• Combination of office-based work and field presence in communities.
• May require weekend work to accommodate community schedules.
• Travel within the designated community area may be necessary.
• Requires interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic contexts.
