What You’ll Do Design clean, intuitive, high-impact interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows with a clear logic. Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis. Work cross-functionally with product, psychology, and engineering teams. Help maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability. Contribute ideas that improve usability, emotional engagement, and flow. Who You Are You’ve got a solid portfolio—college projects, freelance, or personal work. Proficient in Figma (bonus if you know how to build and maintain design systems). Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and applying feedback into design. Understand responsive design and know how to design across screen sizes. Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple iterations at once. Strong communicator—you can explain design choices and take critique constructively. Curious about how design shapes human behavior, clarity, and performance. Bonus if: You’ve worked on mental health, performance, or behavior-focused products. You have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. What You’ll Do Deliver AdagioVR sessions in community settings according to established protocols. Engage communities through outreach activities, relationship-building, needs assessment, and active listening. Gather data, monitor progress, and contribute to impact assessment and reporting. Act as the first point of contact between AdagioVR and community participants, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and feedback from field experiences. Who You Are You preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field. You have experience engaging with marginalized or vulnerable communities. Fluent in both Hindi and English. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling, including weekends when required. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and active listening skills. Culturally competent, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in dynamic community settings.
