Community & Event Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Management & Curation

• Oversee the end-to-end member lifecycle, including vetting applicants and onboarding new members.
• Moderate community discussions to ensure high-quality, professional exchanges.
• Coordinate with internal "Clubs" focused on Policy, Editorial, and Mentorship to drive community initiatives.

2. Event Design & Execution

• Virtual:

  Plan, host, and moderate monthly masterclasses, webinars, and expert-led AMA sessions.

• In-Person:

  Lead the execution of signature networking events and local meetups across major cities.
• Manage all event logistics, including speaker coordination and post-event engagement metrics.

3. Platform Engagement

• Drive member adoption and active participation within the community.
• Highlight member-generated content and insights to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in community building or community management.

• Event Hosting:

  Demonstrated experience in organizing and moderating both

  virtual

  and

  in-person

  professional events.

• Communication:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior industry leaders.

• Ownership:

  A self-starter who can manage multiple projects from ideation to completion.
