The Role We are seeking a Community & Event Specialist to manage member engagement and lead our event strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our community and executing seamless experiences - both digital and in-person for our members. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Management & Curation Oversee the end-to-end member lifecycle, including vetting applicants and onboarding new members. Moderate community discussions to ensure high-quality, professional exchanges. Coordinate with internal "Clubs" focused on Policy, Editorial, and Mentorship to drive community initiatives. 2. Event Design & Execution Virtual: Plan, host, and moderate monthly masterclasses, webinars, and expert-led AMA sessions. In-Person: Lead the execution of signature networking events and local meetups across major cities. Manage all event logistics, including speaker coordination and post-event engagement metrics. 3. Platform Engagement Drive member adoption and active participation within the community. Highlight member-generated content and insights to foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in community building or community management. Event Hosting: Demonstrated experience in organizing and moderating both virtual and in-person professional events. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior industry leaders.
