Role Description

The Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for lead volunteer mobilization, supervise center activities, plan local events and organize fundraising initiatives like donor meets and events across Kerala.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience in outreach, Volunteer coordination and event/fundraising roles.
• Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in non-profit or community-based organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Strong people skills and willingness to travel
