Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Community Associate. The Community Associate will focus on providing exceptional service to members, including welcoming new members, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining a productive community environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating events, and ensuring the space remains functional and comfortable for all members. The role also involves supporting marketing efforts, onboarding new clients, and fostering positive relationships among community members.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with members and foster a sense of community
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and effective interaction
• Organizational and time management skills to handle daily operations and coordinate events
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing member concerns and operational challenges
• Proficiency in administrative and technology tools to support operational workflows
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and cultivate relationships among community members
• Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in customer service or community management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
