Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Community Associate. The Community Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, building relationships with community members, providing support to tenants, and ensuring a welcoming and vibrant work environment. They will coordinate events, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth interactions among members to foster networking and collaboration. The role requires active engagement with members to understand their needs, handle case management, and enhance the overall co-working experience.

Requirements

• 0-1 Years of experience and having strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of community and creating a positive and inclusive environment.
• Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fresher or having experience in co-working or customer service roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
