Role Overview

We’re looking for a Communications Associate to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate is grounded, adaptable, and has 2–4 years of experience in communications, preferably in the development or social impact sector. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility of remote work alongside in-person meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for social media, newsletters, websites, reports, and other outreach collaterals.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Assist in managing client relationships and project timelines, proposals, etc.
• Conduct background research to strengthen communication outputs.
• Represent Prod at events, workshops, and conferences when required.
• Support in designing and executing communication strategies for clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, with preference for experience in the development sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling communication.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Openness to travel for projects and conferences as needed.
• Knowledge of various social media platforms.
• Ability leverage AI platforms for communications.
• Experience of leading comms focused projects and digital campaigns.
