Communications & Outreach Associate

As a Communications Associate at Prod, a communications and design agency focusing on the social impact and development sector, you will play a crucial role in creating communication strategies and designs that are grounded, impactful, and community-first. This role based in Delhi NCR offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for remote work flexibility combined with in-person meetings and events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop content for social media, newsletters, websites, reports, and other outreach collaterals. - Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure consistency across platforms. - Assist in managing client relationships and project timelines, proposals, etc. - Conduct background research to strengthen communication outputs. - Represent Prod at events, workshops, and conferences when required. - Support in designing and executing communication strategies for clients. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of professional experience in communications, with a preference for experience in the development sector. - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling communication. - Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. - Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt. - Openness to travel for projects and conferences as needed. - Knowledge of various social media platforms. - Ability to leverage AI platforms for communications. - Experience in leading comms focused projects and digital campaigns.
