Communications Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and day-to-day operations. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns, handling logistics, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on project progress, operational activities, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration with team members, partners, and volunteers.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers to support various programs and initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks during all operational activities.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution of projects and day-to-day tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
