Job Title: English Language & America Accent Trainer

5 days working , Day Shift

Salary - Upto 30 LPA

Experience - 7- 10 years as a communication trainer

About the Role:

America or Indo-Americn professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions on

  Americn English pronunciation, intonation, and fluency

• Design and deliver

  accent neutralization and Americn accent enhancement

  modules
• Improve employee confidence in

  verbal communication

  ,

  telephone etiquette

  , and

  email writing

• Provide coaching on

  cross-cultural communication

  , especially in relation to Americn business practices
• Tailor training programs for different departments such as

  customer support, tech support

  , etc.
• Create and assess

  pre- and post-training evaluations

  to measure improvement and training effectiveness
• Work closely with management and team leads to identify specific communication challenges
• Stay updated with modern language training techniques and tools

Qualifications:

• Americn or near-America fluency in English (preferably America accent)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in English language training, accent coaching, or communication skills development
• Experience working with professionals is an advantage
• Familiarity with fluency business cultures
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills

Preferred Profile:

• US citizen or Indo-America professional

• Willing to relocate to or work in India for a fixed term
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing professionals
• Experience in

  corporate training or BPO/IT/Customer Support sectors
