Commodity Trader

As a Manager Trading at the company, your role involves planning and executing the import and sales of Edible Oil (Sunflower Oil and Soyabean Oil) to achieve the planned revenue levels and volumes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence with ownership of PnL. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and monitoring world market trends daily and collating relevant data. - Conducting Market Research to understand commodity pricing and maximize profits. - Planning and forecasting annual demand to finalize the Annual Operating Sales Plan. - Ensuring target achievement as per the annual business plan and driving sales growth year on year. - Coordinating with traders & brokers to facilitate business transactions. - Validating customer billing in coordination with the Finance and Accounts team. - Ensuring timely confirmation of credit status and customer recovery for maximum profits. - Generating MIS reports on Profit and Loss monthly and updating Management accordingly. - Communicating with vendors/customers effectively. - Completing any other duties assigned by the Management.
