Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for client prospecting, property showings, and closing deals. The role involves regular client interaction, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will also assist in developing sales strategies and maintaining a robust client database. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Negotiations, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market, Property Valuation, and Legal Aspects
• Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Proficiency in Digital Tools and CRM Software
• Prior experience in real estate advantageous but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
